Relocation Management

 

At VMC we consider it our duty to provide our clients with a timely and efficient move.  Though we provide a full service project management program we recognize that not all companies need that level of service.  We provide relocation services that include the following:

• A no cost estimate of your move.
• A formal quote that specifies all the cost and a timeline to have the move complete.
• Coordination of all aspects of the move including building management coordination.
• Coordination of any additional vendors, including furniture installers, technology technicians, and janitorial services.
• Provide on-site supervision by a lead man and senior manager to ensure a trouble and worry free move.
• Provide a post move report that includes punch list items and their resolutions.
