• Manage furniture process from procurement to punch list with our staff.
• Work with furniture vendor on delivery schedules and order discrepancies.
• As a licensed contractor can provide any additional trades needed for installation and can pull permits as needed.
• Handle relocation into new space.
• Monitor project status and Gantt chart milestones.
• Conduct weekly meeting and provide minutes for duration of project.
• Provide job summary report and meeting at conclusion of project.
