Construction Management

 

As a fully licensed General Contractor construction is our core competency.  VMC has been handling construction projects in the Bay Area for the past 10 years.  Our specialty is Tenant Improvement and small to medium sized projects. The owner is hands on and will be involved with every construction project from initial job walk through to project completion.  Our services include:

• Creating the master schedule and project budget.
• Work with Architect on plans, revisions and permit issues.
• Coordinate sub contractors.
• Establish weekly meeting, as needed, with meeting minutes.
